Fees & refunds

Free for buyers. Browsing, requesting contact and buying never cost anything on TruStore. You pay the seller directly.

Free to list. Publishing an item you've registered on TruOwn is free.

Commission when it sells. When a seller transfers a listed item to a buyer, they pay TruStore a commission: a percentage of the agreed price, with a minimum and maximum per category. It's never based on less than 70% of the listed price. The seller sees the exact amount before paying.

Automatic refunds. If the buyer doesn't confirm the transfer within 24 hours, or the seller cancels it, the fee is refunded to the card or account it came from. Paystack usually completes refunds within a few working days.

Listed means sold through TruStore. While fees apply, an item that's listed, or was listed in the last 30 days, can only be transferred through its TruStore sale.

Payments are handled by Paystack. TruOwn never sees card details.
